Keeping Up With Your BCL Community
POA COMMUNICATION
The POA Board sends information to property owners through two email services.
Goodwin & Company, Barton Creek Lakeside’s property management company, sends emails from TownSq covering official POA communications.
In addition, property owners may also receive POA Board emails sent through iContact. They are titled in the subject line by their subject matter, i.e., storm cleanup, local medical services, road closures, PEC activity, and so on. Property owners may elect to receive these emails when completing their information on the Property Owner Communication Record.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS
The Neighborhood News is an excellent way to stay tuned in to what’s happening in BCL. Emails that are titled Neighborhood News keep us up to date on neighborhood events (missing pets, concerts, fundraisers, dangerous conditions, help needed in the neighborhood and more). These emails are sent through iContact. Property owners may elect to receive these emails when completing their information on the BCL Owner Communication Record, a downloadable PDF included below.
"FRIENDS OF LAKESIDE" FACEBOOK PAGE
Barton Creek Lakeside property owners have access to a private neighborhood Facebook page. This provides an informal vehicle for neighbors to exchange information and ideas. Property owners who would like to join should contact the administrator, Todd Kight, at tmkight@yahoo.com.
If you need to contact a POA Board member or Committee Chair, please call or email him/her directly as Board members do not monitor this site.
Information reserved exclusively for BCL property owners, e.g., Board meeting minutes, account status, etc.,requires a log in to TownSq. Property owners can log into TownSq by entering their username and password in the upper righthand corner of the BCL website. Property owners who have not registered can do so with their BCL account number by going to www.townsq.io, clicking on the "person" icon in the upper right and then on Need to register?.
